First the incisional hernia through non-vertical incisions are not rare. They are known to occur following renal (lumber) incision, as well as Kocher's incision. The incidence has decreased only due to more laparoscopic surgeries.
Case report section needs corrections regarding grammer & language mistakes. There are lot.
Discussion & references are totally missing.
