The article demonstrates the need of further research, this tumour type is uncommon, however it is extremely aggressive and multi-displinary approach isneeded.
Further research to improve knowledge in both presentation and treatment options is needed

you did great effort in doing your review and demonstrating your interesting cases.
i have two comments
1- regarding the way of writing; you have to use short sentences and go to the point. you shouldn't give the
data as a story.
2- I am sorry the managment of cases was not right. i accept the cases represent mixed small cell carcinoma
and adenocarcinoma. that means they should be initially managed by combined hormonal therapy,
chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
in the first case; radiotherapy started very late and in second case, chemotherapy again started very late.
