    Dear colleagues

you did great effort in doing your review and demonstrating your interesting cases.

    i have two comments

1- regarding the way of writing; you have to use short sentences and go to the point. you shouldn't give the

        data as a story.

2- I am sorry the managment of cases was not right. i accept the cases represent mixed small cell carcinoma

and adenocarcinoma. that means they should be initially managed by combined hormonal therapy,

        chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

in the first case; radiotherapy started very late and in second case, chemotherapy again started very late.

  • Other Comments:

The article demonstrates the need of further research, this tumour type is uncommon, however it is extremely aggressive and multi-displinary approach isneeded.

Further research to improve knowledge in both presentation and treatment options is needed
