This is a good study in a novel and interesting way of teaching. Here results are not very encouraging but it only shows there is scope for changing few things like
The video diary can split into presenting complaints, then take students opinion
examination of patient and ask for the finding or opinion of students, ask for treatment
Treatment prescription can be shown
finally the patients perspective his changes in life or worsening, financial social changes.
This might make a sea change in the approach of students towards patients
