This is a case report on ketamine abuse related uropathy. This entity is rather newly recognized, thus warrants a high degree of alertness between physicians that may encounter patients with unexplained LUTS and uropathy. However, my main concern is that the literature review in this case report is actually a duplicate publication of the review titled: "A review of the literature on Ketamine abuse uropathy" published by the authors on WebMedCentral in the same month!!! (submitted on 18 Feb 2012). Whole paragraphs in the Discussion section are simply copy-pasted from the review mentiomned above!!  The (very productive, at least in the WMC) authors should be very careful with issues of duplicate and salami publication, a fault that in respected jounals is considered grave by academic standards....
