A very informative article presenting some new ideas for the utilization of DPF neutron source in BNCT and neutron imaging. The English of the manuscript is acceptable but I think that it can be improved much more.

Other Comments:
Excellent technical article including a lot of very interesting information. The utilization of such Plasma Focus Device as a mobile neutron source will certainly constitute an advantageous and interesting alternative for the application of BNCT. Concerning the manuscript, the illustration containing formula and equations is slightly unreadable and must be improved in term of resolution.

Other Comments:
Paper well structured presenting design of BNCT and imaging systems that can implemented around a Plasma Focus Neutron Source. I agree with the authors that the problem of neutron yield must be resolved before using such source for BNCT. In this case the proposed solutions are available and can be considered.

Good paper, well structured and with suitable illustrations. I think that the second part of the paper concerning neutron imaging can be removed because it concern an imaging technique that cannot be applied directly in medicine expect for the analysis of some biological samples.
