Other Comments:
Ongeti et al presented an interesting case of intestinal obstruction due to periduodenal TB lymphadenopthy that mimics annular pancreas. In gastrointestinal TB, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate and Mantoux test may help in its diagnosis. Furthermore, if resources are available, endoscopic ultrasound assessment and fine needle aspiration of the periduodenal mass or suspicious annular pancreas may be helpful.
