I put a cancellous screw in the tibia below the osteotomy and fixed it with a figure of 8 stainless steel wire through the tibial tuberosity fragment. The radiographs were lost by the patient who was from a very remote area having no access to transport or telecommunication so had to just make do with the pics we had taken with a mobile camera.
