    This applies t both #6 and #9:  It would be helpful to have more than one radiograph of the injury.  One can appreciate the damage, but as always said one view is no view, to get a sense of 3 dimentional position of fragments and dislocation, it is necessary to have at least one view that is perpendicular to the 1st.

I would have been delighted to do so but since the patient expired at another center where he was operated for the abdominal trauma, all his radiographs were taken away by the relatives and we had no means of getting them back. These are the only pics we could take in the ER.
