There are multiple deficiencies in the article. First of all, as the authors themselves suggest according to Nochomovitz criteria whether any attempt was made to rule out primary elsewhere in the body. If so what were the areas looked for. Why ultrasound abdomen done for suspected hematocele and why not ultrasound of scrotum? As the illustration reveals testis appears distinctly free with clinical suspicion of involvement of epidydmis and rete testis. First of all clinical suspicion of hematocele should be taken with pinch of salt.
