    1. The common & uncommon symptom description

    2. The operative options

    3. Routes of surgery-open or laparoscopic & which one is better

    4. The prognostic factors in similar situation or otherwise

    5. The frequency of follow up & how long?

    6  Cconservative line of treatment-elaborate

    7. Comparison with other centers in similar cases

    8. Any general & special precautions if any
