The authors should mention the reference numbers over the entire text in square brackets otherwise their mention is very confusing. " The theatre and anaesthetists were informed. Surgeons were also invited" Such general comments should be avoided in a scientific writing. "2 pints of blood" These units of measurement are obsolete and the authors should use follow the most recent units of measurement.
