Evaluation, limitations & suggestions for improvements
The case is interesting and the patient is unlucky to have suffered bilateral non-union. The English could be improved and there are no references provided within the text. Without appropriate referencing it is difficult to ascertain which points are based on the authors own opinion and those based on evidence. These points should be addressed in a revised version of the paper.
