this ms is a retrospective analysis of hospital data but lacks scientific writing and need gramatical corrections. introduction second last line in order to instead of in other to. It would be better to include only the percentages The references citation should be similar for all references. The data mentioned in the results is shown to be also presented in tables 1 to 6 but the tables are missing. The conclusions are too long as is the discussion and not focussing on the authors own work.
