I am a Research Assistant Professor of Biology at the University of Notre Dame (USA). I am also an affiliated faculty at the Eck Institute for Global Health, Notre Dame.

Research interests:
My research broadly focuses on development and application of molecular genetic markers, genetic and physical mapping, high throughput genotyping and comparative genomics, as well as functional and evolutionary genomics. One of my current interests is to understand molecular mechanisms of susceptibility of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes to dengue virus. My broad interests are on genetic and genomic studies of infectious diseases.
