Brief Biography:
Michelle Thomas is a licensed family nurse practitioner who believes in caring for each patient as though they were a family member. She specializes in obesity, weight management and bariatric surgical patient care. Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Nursing in Newark. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and Sigma Theta Tau, the honor society of nursing.
