What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

I am very much interested in open publication of web based medical science and technology. Because the internet and World Wide Web has been a more advances in scientific knowledge to the common people without having any financial resources for publication of manuscripts and subscription of journals. This should be a highly valuable to Medical and Biotechnology related research and knowledge around the world.
