Brief Biography:
Subhagata Chattopadhyay is active as a Medical Informatics professional. He is a medical doctor with a PhD in Information Technology. He received an MBBS and Postgraduate Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) from Calcutta Medical College, India; a Masters in Bioinformatics from Sikkim Manipal University and a PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur India. He had pursued Postdoctoral fellowship in e-Health Information Systems at Australian School of Business, the University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney Australia. Subhagata is leading ‘Mental health Informatics’ research in India. ‘Artificial intelligence’ and ‘Soft computing’ remain his principal research and teaching interests. Subhagata has published over 65 research papers in various peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and books of international repute. He is a consistent reviewer many international journals and the Associate editor of International Journal of machine Learning and Cybernetics (IJMLC), Springer.
