Other Comments:
Thaks for review invitation. This is a rare case report and needs reporting because of its rarity although it was not managed further due to refusal from parents.Author has mentioned only few investigations like x-ray and cranial ultrasound but he should have mentioned other relavant investigations required in this case like contrast study and CT scan etc ,although not done but needs to be done. Also author might have descibed the management plan for this case in discusssion .References may be increased to 10 in number in any case report.

- Other Comments: The authors presented a very rare malformation that only my professor had seen thirty years back. The manuscript is well crafted for descriptive point of view. They did not do anything to the patient, anyway, the extreme rarity of the disease merits its publication. The pictures are of good quality describing every minute details of the patient.
