Topic: is a very hot one as it affects a large number of women with unknown cause, course, even the effect & medication.

Methodology: it is so small sample group to come or jump to conclusion, that there is an association between blood group A and NVP.

Inclusion criteria are not clearly written as all should be primigravida, same, duration of pregnancy, singleton pregnancy, all pregnancies are spontaneous, all of them with the same range of BMI and within the same social class.

Exclusion criteria are again very deficient in the study design e.g.: past history of infertility, social troubles, history of food intake, unwanted pregnancy, medical history of gastric and colonic disorders, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal disorders, and drug history, all these should be excluded.

Another weak point is that, the study depended on a long past history (18 years) through it life style modifications & habits may be changed, also the woman may for forget important data.

    References should be updated

Conclusion: small sample size, non clear inclusion & exclusion criteria and depending on long past history all are weak points in the study.
