    The article is well written which covers all the aspect of the topic, however this condition is very rare and diagnosed only after excluding common things like bleeding disorder, sepsis, post surfactant pulmonary haemorrhage etc. The discussion part and references could have been shorter.

    Being involved with tertiary care neonatal unit cases of pulmonary haemorrhage do keep happening but this is very rare condition.

This article provides an excellent review of the differential diagnosis of infantile hemoptysis and also provides a logical way to investigate the various causes of this entity. The authors also provide an thorough review of infantile pulmonary hemosiderosis, and the diagnostic challenges associated with this condition. The recommendations provided will increase awareness of how to both diagnose and treat this condition.
