  • Other Comments:

The manuscript is well written and designed. Since, the manuscript focused on the SCSA test, it would be nice to elaborate more on the test and provide detailed procedure of SCSA. I would recommend the manuscript for publication after revision.

    Minor revision:

Title: Synalysis do you mean Analysis.
The first reference begins with No.6 in the introduction.

Method section: 1 h of production, better to say 1h of collection.

Why is there a question mark after COMP.

    Abbreviation needs to be explained.
    figure legends are not adequate.

    Key word: SCSA
