  • Other Comments:

I am afraid this paper is substandard. The contents does not justify the title-there is no review of literature in the content rather a brief case report. There are spelling, grammatical and sentence errors. The text is full of abbreviations that have not been pre-defined. The paper needs a major revision and make over. The conclusion does not justify the content. The refernces have not been cited according to the standard. Some inconsistency e.g caecum or cecum: stick to either English or American spellings.
