    The paper claims to bring to forefront the risks of custodial deaths of detainees which may cause serious issues as to cause and manner of death

    The authors present very cogently the many aspects to the possibility of suicide by illicit drug users while in detainment. This is a very important article which any healthcare professional who deals with law enforcement activities should be familiar with.

    Yes

    The authors raise pertinent quaestions as to the proper supervision a detainee should receive. An excellent report is presented which includes histological, anatomic, toxicological and pathological findings. Special medical and psychological support is suggested to be given to such individuals.

    This article refers to individuals in Albania. There is a need for further study of individuals in other parts of the world.
