This is a simple article rsgarding social problems in malaysia concerning lowering age of marriage of girl &boy at marriage  to help decrease incidence of illegitimate children due to high incidence of teenage pregnancies and it is an opinion of the author which is suitable for his country.

  • Are these claims novel? If not, please specify papers that weaken the claims to the originality of this one.

No Areemi er al presented Adolescent pregnancy:Thailands national agenda, published inJ Med aSSOC Thai 2012where he discusses the profound affects on adolescent parents ,families&the countries developing population,Ponzon et al reviewed teen pregnancies in USA &all over world in his article entotled Care of adolescent parents and their childrenon Paediarics 2012;130(6) with a committee on adolescence ,committee on early childhood and discusses allsocial, problems &how significant piertion of teen parents reside with family of origin and medical and psychosocial risks, besides articles from south africa,by Ehlers vj on 2003,Germany by Brennecke are besides the reducing sexual risk behavior in adolescencegirls-resultsfrom arctby Morrison-Breedy i JaDOLESCENT Health 2012 IN TEEN SEXUALLY ACTIVE GIRLS FROM LOWINCOME setting in usa.

  • Are the claims properly placed in the context of the previous literature?

    No references cited

  • Do the results support the claims? If not, what other evidence is required?

Well basically it is regarding the lawmaking in a country which definitely would avoid unwed pregnancies and abandoned babies if girls age is reduced to 16 &boys to 18-or atleast reduce the above social problem.references should be cited to help their claim

  • If a protocol is provided, for example for a randomized controlled trial, are there any important deviations from it? If so, have the authors explained adequately why the deviations occurred?

    None required.

  • Is the methodology valid? Does the paper offer enough details of its methodology that its experiments or its analyses could be reproduced?

Simple letter to editor type format.so ni methodology possibly required

  • Would any other experiments or additional information improve the paper? How much better would the paper be if this extra work was done, and how difficult would such work be to do, or to provide?

Doesnt concern any medical issue but social problem and no the malaysian problem is evident. If references are cited and highlihjt the other issues associated with teenage pregnancies like greater risk of immune barrier being compromised &higher incidence of acquiring hiv and use of measures to prevent besides the contraception advice and advantages of delayong pregnancies rtill girls age advances with oral contraception and legalizing just solves the issue of girl not remaining unmarried and carrying multiple pregnancies and illegitimate children but to address the problems of improving girls health as well &write an abstract

  • Is this paper outstanding in its discipline? (For example, would you like to see this work presented in a seminar at your hospital or university? Do you feel these results need to be incorporated in your next general lecture on the subject?) If yes, what makes it outstanding? If not, why not?

    No

  • Other Comments:

Allover the world in the developing countries such social problems are encountered like inm india child marrieges &teenage pregnancies are very common-so some literature must be available on worldwide level and sime references should be cited but being a social problem it needs to be published to increase social awareness and help such laws get passed across thicvk government brains who look for precedence and publications and better to start and initiate the practice.read all that literature and make it moreefficient as adolescent pregnancies are a worldwide problem encountered and discuss problems in developed countries vis a vis vdeveloping countries.
