    Gives detailed nature of cystic fibrosis as it is usually missed in busy ENT clinics unless strict regimen to screen even the rare occurrence.   Usually element of doubt arises when the nasal polyposis recurrs.

    Simple sweet choloride test gives better understanding of the underlying pathological nature of the disease.
