  • Other Comments:

We suggest a strictly focusing and deepening of observations about the effects of coal power plant emission on human health, maybe reducing the space deserved to methodology, which appears as hypertrophic in respect to health effect analysis.

Moreover, we suggest an up to date review of current english speaking literature, by introducing a greater number of recently published articles.
