Possibilities of haemodynamics monitoring in esspecially small children are very limited. Type of hemodynamics monitoring described in this article is very usefull, quiet simply for bed-side using in everyday clinical practice, gived very usefull, accurate, safe for paediatric patients and non-invasive.
