Other Comments: 1. This is a good and informative but seems to be a review article hence it may be adress accordingly. so that it will create much interest among the readers.2. Information on some diseases however is lacking which mostly affect the fishes in integrated fish farming system such as Branchiomycoses (fungal diseases, Columnaris(Flavobacterum species) etc. which need to be included.3. The paper may be accepted only after the above modifications.

- Other Comments: The article ?Fish disease management in integrated farming system?-by Dr S.S. Mishra, CIFRI, Barrackpore, India, is informative and well written. Some suggestions are as follows: 1. Liming: dose rates, frequency and the chemical used for liming can be mentioned. 2. Similarly dose rates and frequency for fertilization can be added. 3. Optimum water quality parameters can be listed in form of a table for good aquaculture production of carps. 4. Under the heading A. Bacterial disease: EUS is mentioned, which can shifted to fungal diseases. This disease is caused by oomycetes (OIE, 2009). 5. Gammaxene treatment @ 1 ppm can be avoided. 6. It will be more appropriate to use the term ?parasitic diseases? in place of ?invasive diseases?.

This paper details the potential diseases in integrated farming system and their treatment and is a well thought well written paper. however, 1)the structure of the paper could be slightly adjusted to suit its review nature as result section can be not giving result of any experiment, rather some guidelines in that regards. 2)The true picture of the use of the certain chemotherapeutics are given in the paper, but it is suggested to check wherther it is bannedespecially in case of the weedicides. In a way Prevention or some eco-friendly way of dealing the disease problem should be more encouraged. 3) Pond bottom desilting and raking are some of the techniques worth a mention somewhere in the paper.
