  • Other Comments:

This is a study of the tap water in multiple towns within the Kashmir Valley in India. Water quality was assessed with a semi-quantitative method for the detection of enteric gram negative organisms (coliforms). Evidence of significant fecal contamination was found in most samples.

These methods will be unfamiliar to most readers; a more complete description of the method would be useful including pictures of the tubes and illustrative results.

The grammer in this paper should be reviewed. It is understandable, but could be improved.
