  • What are the main claims of the paper and how important are they?

    The author's aim is to describe a port wine stain.  Unfortunately, this publication fails to meet the standards of professional medical journalism.  The author states that port wine stains are venous ecstasias which are present at birth. Its color is pale or pink in newborns and becomes deep red or dark purple later. one photograph is presented.
