    The title of this article is somewhat misleading. It would be better named "A review of health issues addressed in the Quran." 

     

    The discussion is somewhat superficial; it would be of more interest to readers if there was more detail provided, or if the findings of other authors were discussed.

     

    The authors comment that other religious writings address health issues; it would be of interest to compare the information from a variety of texts.
