My experience in Gen Surgery is 10 yrs,i have seen and also operated quite a large number of cases of duodenal ulcer perforation.I my view this is a good study for duodenal ulcer treatment protocol.

Autor"s experience on duodenal ulcer perforation and surgical aproach is correct, and results are good. Most important point in duodenal ulcer perforation wich is descrebed by autor also is early surgery.   In our experience we use CT and laparoscopic intervention more frequently in duodenal ulcer perforation.
