HIV have a declining trend in India but still it is a public health problem. The only one solution for preventing this disease is to estimate the number of HIV cases and administrate the interventional programme. Estimating the cases is difficult because of the uncertainity in the HIV data. So, the researcher has to find out a best fitted model for forecasting the cases, it requires guidance from senior researchers from this area. I am kindly requesting the senior scientists from developed and developing countries to review and comment this article for the improvement of this scientific area.
