Fluoroscopy and Ultrasounds

Fluoroscopy for lumbar plexus block for those patients who present poorly defined anatomical landmarks, can be usefull for localization of transverse process of 4th lumbar vertebrae. What's your experience with the help of ultrasounds?

This article is interesting about the use of fluoroscopy, but what is your experience with ultrasounds?  Don't you think that ultrasounds could be enaugh?
