What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

The name 'WebMedCentral' itself implies that it is a common platform provided by the founders of this innovative and unique web-portal to strengthen the role of authors, readers and reviewers in scientific writing. Its a portal that with unique post-publication peer reviewing concept. Its a great initiative because as an author with conventional concept of peer reviewing one is not sure for several weeks to months since manuscript submission about its fate. The WebMedcCentral offers that assurance without compramising with the quality of research articles that are getting published.
