Brief Biography:
Presently working on biodefence project and my research area focused onto the subunit vaccine development against Yersinia pestis, a bacterium causing plague. We have identified many immunodominant antigens and characterizing their vaccine potential in animal models. We are also working on protein-protein interaction to elucidate the mechanism of virulent factors Y. pestis and macrophage to develop a new generation drug as antibiotic resistant Y. pestis bacilli have been reported.
