Brief Biography:
Pooja Makkar, a researcher and an educator, has completed her doctorate in biochemistry (bioinformatics concentration) at the City University of New York, where she worked as an adjunct for two years. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at Biotechnology Department, Chandigarh, India. Her research specialities are protein modelling and virtual drug design. You can view her published work in "Journal of Molecular Modeling" and "Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry".
