Brief Biography:
I am a stroke neurologist at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. My laboratory studies human neural progenitor cell grafting to improve recovery in a stroke model. I am also involved in clinical research in stroke, and medical education at all levels.

Research interests:
Cell therapy for stroke, reperfusion for ischemic stroke, stroke prevention, prevention of post-stroke complications, history of neurology, and neurology education research.
