What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:
I strongly believe in open access journals. It allows a faster publication process and enables researchers from developing countries to stay updated with current research thus allowing increased viwership of articles. Also, I like the idea of giving a research article a second chance at peer review as in WebmedCentral.
