Dr. Muhamad Saiful Bahri Yusoff

Brief Biography:


Dr Muhamad Saiful Bahri Yusoff (M.D, MScMedEd).
He is a Medical Doctor and obtained Master of Sciences in Medical Education. He has written many articles in various journals such as  ASEAN Journal of Psychiatry, Medical Education Journal, European Psychiatry Journal, International Journal of Student Research, International Medical Journal Japan and Malaysian Journal of Medical Sciences. He has written a few monographs such as Medical Student Wellbeing Workshop: A Stress Management Program for Medical Students, Stress Stressor & Coping Strategies among First Year Medical Students in Malaysian Public Universities, and Stress & Stressors among Medical Students in School of Medical Sciences USM. He has presented many paper works in various conferences such as the World Congress of Psychiatry, Asian Medical Education Association Congress, Association Medical Education for Europe Conference, International Medical Education Conference, International Conference on Teaching & Learning in Higher Education, Frontier in Medical & Allied Health Sciences Education Conference and National Conference on Medical & Health Sciences. His interests are related to stress, stress management, mental health, personality, emotional intelligence, personal & professional development, psychometric psychology and educational psychology. Currently he is the editor of the Education in Medicine Journal (www.saifulbahri.com/eimj).

Senior Medical Lecturer, Medical Department, School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia.

 

Research interests:


Areas of interests are related to stress, stress management, mental health, personality, emotional intelligence, personal & professional development, psychometric psychology and educational psychology.
