What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

I am interested in open publication of web based science and medicine. I think that the internet and world wide web have been a tremendous advance in the proliferation of scientific and medical knowledge to everyone with a computer, regardless of financial resources, access to a library or to journal subscriptions, etc. This should be a tremendous boon to medical research and knowledge around the world.
