Brief Biography:
i have received the Bachelor degree with (Honors) of Food Science and Biotechnology from University of Mosul, Iraq, in 2007. I pursued master program in Food Biotechnology, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia
(USIM). the research interest is in the area of food bio-preservation and anti-microbial
activity from natural resources.

I belive that this website is amazing, it is also agreat opportunities for the researchers to share ideas. on the other hand, it is very good idea to have the latest findings in open access format to enable readers and students to have full access to the latest global.
