What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

Recruiting and encouraging variety of scientists (in my case, emphasis will be put on Asian Scientists) to the place where one can openly argue and discuss the specific issues of interests. This is the platform where one specific issues can be discussed by scientists of different backgroud and specialities so that new approach and new way of solving problem will be discovered. One can get or give constructive suggestions to and from other scientists.  Emphasis should be put on the communication and encouragement, rather than just judging whether or not one particular paper deserves publication.
