Brief Biography:


I am presently working as Associate Professor Pathology and Medical Education Department of IMCH&RC Indore, India. Previously worked in institution SLIMS Pondicherry. SVMCH&MC Pondicherry, as faculty at various academic responsibilties. Project handling in prsent is Developing of Web based Pathology teaching module for undergraduate students and Computer assisted objective structured Practical examination (OSPE) in Pathology.  Published around 20 Research articals on various subject of pathology and Medical Education. I am Members of various associations and Academic bodies some are Association for Medical education in Europe (AMEE) UK, Association for the Study of Medical Education (ASME) UK, International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE) USA, Indian Association of Pathology and Microbiology (IAPM) India, Indian Medical Association (IMA) India, National teacher training Center for Health Educators (NTTC) JIPMER India and PathoIndia.com, India I am the reviewer of Various International, Nanational journals e.g. Advances in Medical Education and Practice, ISSN 1179-7258, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine International, ISSN 1179-2698. Paper entitled “Student performance and their perception of a patient-oriented problem-solving approach with audiovisual aids in teaching pathology: a comparison with traditional lectures” is orally presented in Association for Medical education in Europe (AMEE) conference in Vienna, Austria, Europe in 27-31 August 2011 Expert in Histopathology, cytopathology, Medical Ethics, Problem based learning and Medical education.

Associate professor in the Department of Pathology and medical education involving in medical student teaching, assessment, laboratory work and faculty development programme. Problemb based learning modules delopment for Undergraduate medical students.
