Brief Biography:


Completed my Primary medical qualification from Army Medical College in 1983. Completed Postgraduation diploma from Armed Forces Postgraduate Medical Institute in 1988 and Fellow ship in surgery from college of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in 1995. Worked as a consultant surgeon in Pakistan Army, GBC Medical Services, and Consultant surgeon and Associate Professor surgery Fauji Foundation Hospital/Foundation University Medical College and Punjab Employees Social Security Institute/ Islamabad Medical & Dental College from 1995 to 2011. At present working as Professor of surgery and Head of Surgery Department with Al-nafees Medical collge, Isra University. Server in Army Medical Crps fron 1983 to 1997 as a Medial officer and then as a consultant surgeon at different militry hospitals  and field medical units.  Also having acdaemic and research orientation and author of 47 papers published in different medical journals. In addition I am also a supervisor of postgraduate medical training in surgery, editor of three medical journal, reviewer of five different national and international journals.

 

Academic positions:


Presently working as Professor of surgery and Head of Surgery department at Al-nafees Medical college.

Member of Ethical committee, Reviewer board of five medical journals, Supervisor of Postgraduate training in surgery, Member od Acdaemic council Al-nafees medical college and inchrge of Clinical Skill lab at Al-nafees medical college.

Endocrine a surgery

Breast surgery

Burns
