Education:

1. 2000: Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Federal University ofCeará (UFC)
2. 2002: master's degree in biochemistry from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC)
3. 2008: Ph.D. in Molecular Biology at the University of Brasilia (UNB)
4. 2010: Post-doctorate from the Universityof Brasilia. (UNB)

5. 2014. Specialization in Biotechnology, Estadual University of Maringa (UEM)

He has experience in molecular biology with emphasis in Molecular Genetics of Microorganisms, mainly in the following topics: heterologous expression in bacteria and yeast, genetic modification of microorganisms for converting biomass into ethanol and production of industrial enzymes and production of inputs for kits diagnótico. He is currently Associate Professor I, Universidade Federal de Sao Joao Del Rei (UFSJ).
