1. Please read my introduction carefully and compare the previous published methods and my methods theoretically and experimentally. I think there are significant differences.

This article is mostly theoretical (major): modeling and (or) hypotheses based on published data and today’s solidest theory. The preliminary experimental (minor) case report is only for discussion and individual medicine.  The general conclusion with a large number of subjects will be another topic of the future studies.

This investigation was performed in a perspective of biomedical and biochemical infophysics that involves multiple scientific fields.
