What I think of the idea behind WebmedCentral:

WebmedCentral is a novel approach to publishing. I have always believed that referee reports of papers and grant applications should stand on their scientific merit, and not hide behind anonymity.  Review of a paper or grant application should indicate the scientific basis of the criticism, and should be devoid of personal bias.
