    A concise review of the topic which proves valuable for trainees and as a refresher for staff as well.  Well referenced with key literature.  Would benefit from a summary table, but otherwise well done.  I will recommend to my residents as a convenient review of this important topic.

Additionally, mechanisms of action are thoroughly explained. An excellent succinct reference for the anesthesiology trainee.
