To allow proper post-publication review, it is necessary to have greater disclosure by the authors of their raw data. In this paper, the use of statistics was possibly appropriate, but possibly inappropriate. We simply do not know. For example, where standard deviations given or standard errors? Were confounders accounted for?
This is simply an abstract, not a manuscript. Nevertheless, I believe the topic is interesting and thank the authors for sharing their findings.

Other Comments:
The paper appears similar to the one published in the same website article titled "Prospective Incidence Study of Diabetes Mellitus in Morbidly Obese Saudi Patients" by Dr. Adel A Al-johari.
The title states that the risk factors involved in development of obesity in children and adolscents but the methods adopted to address this is not relevant. This study at best deals with the incidence of hypertension, Diabetes and fatty liver in cases who are posted for surgery for morbidly obese.

The sample size should be large to be e accurate in results, the references should be recent from 2000 to compare with recent studies.
